A. Customer information on the conclusion of distance selling contracts

The following information serves to fulfill our legal obligation to provide information for distance selling contracts and electronic commerce.

You will receive all information in text form at the latest upon delivery of the goods. You can also print out this information or save it on your hard drive.

2. Conclusion of contract

(1) The Customer may select products from the assortment and collect them in a so-called shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. By clicking the button “order with obligation to pay”, the customer accepts the seller’s offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded with the customer’s order. Before sending the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. The seller then sends the customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which the order is listed and which can be printed out using the “Print” function.

(2) The text of the contract will be stored by the seller and sent to the customer together with the legally binding GTC by e-mail after conclusion of the contract.

3. Delivery and delivery limitations

(1) The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is indicated on the respective offer page. The start of the delivery period is determined (depending on the selected payment method) according to paragraphs 2 to 4.

(2) In the case of payment by prepayment/bank transfer, Sofortüberweisung and PayPal, the delivery period begins one day after the payment instruction has been made. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order.

(3) For deliveries outside Germany, the following delivery periods apply:

(4) If the start or end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the period shall be postponed to the following working day.

(5) Shipment shall be made exclusively to the countries specified in the shipping costs overview/delivery restrictions and subject to the restrictions or delivery methods specified in the shipping costs overview/delivery restrictions.

(6) The delivery is subject to proper supplier delivery to us.

4. Price and shipping costs

(1) The prices stated are total prices in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Temporary special offers or discounts are shown as such in the context of the presentation of the individual goods on our website.

(2) We invoice our delivery and shipping costs in addition to the stated total prices of the respective goods. Please refer to our shipping costs overview / delivery restrictions for the respective shipping costs.

(3) Otherwise, the customer shall not incur any additional costs when ordering by using the means of distance communication.

5. Payment terms and other costs related to payment means

(1) The customer can make the payment by prepayment/bank transfer, Sofortüberweisung, credit card or PayPal.

(2) The corresponding costs for the selected payment method shall be displayed at the virtual shopping cart and in the overview regarding payment terms. payment methods

6. Right of withdrawal for Consumers and model withdrawal form

a) Right of withdrawal for Consumers within distance selling contracts / conclusion of contracts in online-shop

Consumers – Consumer is every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business or profession – may withdraw from their contractual declaration within contracts for valuable consideration under following conditions: 

aa) In case of contracts for one or more goods that can be shipped in parcels that shall reach the Consumer in a single delivery, which are supplied separately or provided to the Consumer in several separate consignments:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdraw form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as result of such reimbursement.    

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handing other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

b) In case of contracts for one or more goods that cannot be shipped in parcels (cargo) that shall reach the Consumer in a single delivery, which are supplied separately or provided to the Consumer in several separate consignments:

c) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall be excluded, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, in following contracts:

Contracts as regards the supply of non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the Consumer or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the Consumer.

Contracts as regards the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Contracts as regards the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

Contracts as regards the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. This exception shall not apply to contracts for travel services in accordance with § 651a BGB, if these have not been negotiated in the business premises unless oral agreements regarding the conclusion of the contract have been conducted in previous order of the Consumer.

Contracts where the Consumer has specifically requested a visit from the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance; this shall not apply if, on the occasion of such visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the Consumer or goods other than replacement parts necessarily used in carrying out the maintenance or in making the repairs.

d) Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, as regards the following:

Contracts as regards the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable to return for reasons of health or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery,

Contracts as regards the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items,

Contracts as regards the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the Consumer.

7. Warranty terms

The Customer has a statutory right of warranty, which is modified according to §§ 8, 9 from these General Terms and Conditions.

8. Information to Batteries Act – BattG

The delivery of many devices includes batteries. Also in the devices themselves can be included installed batteries. In connection with the sale of these batteries or with the delivery of these devices, which include batteries or accumulators, we are – as a dealer – committed to inform our customers according to the German Batteries Act.

Accumulators and batteries do not belong in the household waste. The disposal in household waste is strictly prohibited according to the German Batteries Act. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used batteries at municipal collecting points or dispense them to local stores free of charge. Batteries, which you received from us can be return to us free of charge at the address below or send back to us by regular mail.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can.

B. Further information to the conclusion of an electronic contract

1. How does our online contract conclusion work?

In case that you have found a product that meets your needs, please select the button “add to shopping cart”. The product will be than added to your shopping cart and the content of the basked will be displayed in an overview. In this overview you may enter the desired quantity of each item in the “Quantity” field. The corresponding quantity will be accepted by clicking the button „Update shopping cart“.

If you are on the page with the detailed description of a product, you may specify the quantity of the item to be purchased on the field at the left side located in the “add to shopping cart” site.

Once you have added any product to the cart, the items in the basket will be displayed on the top right side of the page under the heading “Shopping cart”. By clicking “My shopping cart” the basket summary will be shown. There you may edit or delete any product from the basket.

You may remove a product from your basket by selecting the option “Remove” from the shopping cart or by entering “0” in the “Quantity” field or by clicking the garbage can icon.

By clicking the “Checkout” button, you may initiate the ordering process of the products placed in the shopping cart.

After clicking the button “Checkout” a page will open where you may either activate your already existing customer data or where you may register as a new customer. Though, you may also order as a guest without the need to create any account.

As a new customer you may click the button “Register” and “Next” to enter your invoice data, address information, how you wish to be contacted as well as an e-mail address and a freely selectable password. You may order in the future with the help of the here specified e-mail address and password without the need to enter your address data again. In order to continue with the order, please confirm the checkbox „Data privacy protection“ and click „Next“.

In case that you already are a registered Customer, please enter your e-mail address and password in the boxes provided and press the button “Login”.

Once you have registered either as a new Customer or as registered Customer, the basket summary will be displayed. There, you may modify the number of the items again, if necessary.

You will be guided then through a site where you may specify the delivery options. Your account address is selected as delivery address. However, you have the option to specify an alternative delivery address by clicking the button “edit this address”.

Please choose the desired delivery method and click the button „Next“. You will be guided through a new site. In this site you have the option to specify an alternative billing address by clicking the button “edit this address”. Your account address is selected as billing address. Now you can specify the payment method and add any notes to your order.

Furthermore, you may also read at this point our Terms and Conditions and the withdrawal instructions.

Please read carefully the withdrawal instructions and the Terms and Conditions and confirm hereafter the checkboxes “I agree to the Terms and Conditions and I certify the correctness of the above mentioned personal data” and “I have read and accept the withdrawal instructions”. You may continue your order only when you acknowledge that you have taken note and approve the withdrawal instructions and the Terms and Conditions.

By clicking the button “Next” a detailed overview of your order shall be once again displayed.

Please check all information carefully. You may edit or amend the shipping address, billing address, shipping method, payment method and the products in the basket by selecting the corresponding “edit” button. You may also edit the entered data during the order transaction by selecting the “Back” function of your Internet browser.

Provided that all entries are correct, please click on „Buy now“ in order to complete the entire ordering process.

We will immediately confirm the receipt of your order via e-mail.

2. Storage of contract texts and Customer access

We storage your ordering data and send it to you via e-mail. We send to you our General Terms and Conditions at tһe latest after concluding the contract via e-mail.

3. Typing errors

You may amend your entries at any time during the order transaction by selecting the “Back” button of your internet browser marked with a left pointing arrow and performing the corresponding modification. The required number of articles can be amended by modifying the quantity in the field „Quantity“. The amendments will be accepted by clicking the button „Update shopping cart“. You may edit or amend the shipping address, billing address, shipping method, payment method and the products in the basket by selecting the corresponding “edit” button. Entered data may be also edited during the ordering transaction by selecting the “Back” function of your Internet browser.

You may cancel the entire order process by closing the web browser.

You conclude the contract in German language.
