For telephone enquiries, we use the Placetel service, which supports our telephone communication and customer support services. Placetel processes data in accordance with the applicable data protection standards.

To improve our customer communication and to send newsletters, we use HubSpot, a CRM and marketing tool that helps us manage customer enquiries and marketing activities. HubSpot processes data in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that we may use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes. We use plugins such as Wordfence (security plugin), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), TranslatePress (for multilingual content) and Jetpack (for website optimisation).

We use the Flatsome Theme, a product of UX Themes. There is no independent data processing by the theme. Processing takes place exclusively via the WordPress platform and plugins used.
