For telephone enquiries, we use the Placetel service, which supports our telephone communication and customer support services. Placetel processes data in accordance with the applicable data protection standards.

c) Marketing and CRM

To improve our customer communication and to send newsletters, we use HubSpot, a CRM and marketing tool that helps us manage customer enquiries and marketing activities. HubSpot may store and process personal data such as email addresses and interactions. HubSpot is only used with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). HubSpot processes data in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

d) Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that we may use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes. You can revoke your consent to the storage and use of your e-mail address for sending the newsletter at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: verkauf@antstore.de or by unsubscribing from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

The personal data you provide will be stored lawfully and in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the TDDDG. Your data will of course be treated confidentially.

Our website contains links to our profiles on various social media platforms, including:

Our website is operated with WordPress and WooCommerce, using the Flatsome theme and various plugins (see below). Data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection standards.

We use plugins such as Wordfence (security plugin), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), TranslatePress (for multilingual content) and Jetpack (for website optimisation).

4.1 WordPress/WooCommerce

We use WordPress to maintain an online shop, in conjunction with the WooCommerce and Jetpack plugins The provider of these services is Automattic Inc, 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA.
 The provider processes meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses) in the USA.

  • Storage period: The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

4.2 Flatsome Theme

We use the Flatsome Theme, a product of UX Themes. There is no independent data processing by the theme. Processing takes place exclusively via the WordPress platform and plugins used.

4.3 Wordfence

We use Wordfence for the security of our website. The provider is Defiant Inc, 800 5th Ave Ste 4100, Seattle, WA 98104, USA.
 The provider processes meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses) in the USA.

4.4 Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and bots. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

4.5 Bing Ads/Microsoft Ads

We use Bing Ads, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA, to display adverts.

4.6 TranslatePress

We use TranslatePress for the multilingual presentation of our website. The provider is Cozmos Labs SRL, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

4.7 Google Marketing Platform, Maps, Tag Manager, Web Fonts, Conversion Tag, Analytics

We use various products from Google Ireland Limited for services such as advertising, website optimisation, tracking, map integration and fonts.
