Description: Heating mat for the formicarium – particularly suitable for species from warmer countries. The heating mats emit infrared radiant heat, similar to ceramic radiant heaters. The rays heat objects and animals without significantly increasing the air temperature. They are therefore ideal for providing places for “sunbathing”. Any necessary temperature gradient in the formicarium can thus be better achieved and controlled. These heating mats are self-adhesive and can therefore be easily attached to the formicarium.

Note: Never place heating elements directly under a formicarium, it must always be ensured that the heat can be dissipated to prevent heat build-up or damage to the formicarium.
