Description: The Digfix plate made of diggable material is a perfect fit for our ANTCUBE ant farms. It can be used both dry and wet. It is also suitable for many ant species, especially for species that nest in sand and (dead) wood. It can be used instead of sand/clay mixtures or cork nest inserts. A major advantage over cork nests is that Digfix does not become moldy even when wet. This means that ant species with a high moisture requirement can easily be supplied with sufficient water. Digfix also has the advantage that digging ant species do not soil the glass panes of their nest when digging, allowing a perfect view into the nest.

Note: The natural color can vary between green/grey-brown and earth brown. The color tone has no influence on the quality.
