REACH conformity of our products
- status of our products according to the REACH regulation
ANTSTORE products are defined as articles according to the REACH regulation.
- Their function is primarily determined by their shape, form and surface, not by their chemical composition.
- There is no obligation to register these products under the REACH Regulation.
- SVHC substances (substances of very high concern)
- Our products do not contain any substances with a content of more than 0.1 per cent by mass that are defined as SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) according to Article 57 of the REACH Regulation and listed in Annex XIV of the Regulation (so-called “candidate list”).
3 Role as downstream user
According to the REACH regulation, our company is considered a downstream user.
- For all substances and preparations used in the manufacturing process (e.g. adhesives, paints, lubricants):
- Have we received confirmations and declarations from our suppliers regarding the intended use and (current) pre-registration?
- We are in close contact with our suppliers to ensure REACH compliance.
- We do not use any substances or preparations for which our company would require its own (pre-)registration.
