O objetivo \u00e9 promover a prote\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente e assegurar a reciclagem de mat\u00e9rias-primas valiosas.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> obriga\u00e7\u00f5es legais dos consumidores<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o em res\u00edduos residuais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Os aparelhos el\u00e9ctricos antigos n\u00e3o podem ser eliminados nos res\u00edduos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de regresso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Os consumidores s\u00e3o legalmente obrigados a eliminar os res\u00edduos de equipamentos el\u00e9ctricos e electr\u00f3nicos usados em centros de recolha municipais (\u00d6RE - autoridades p\u00fablicas de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos) ou em sistemas de retoma adequados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Poluentes e reciclagem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os aparelhos el\u00e9ctricos antigos podem conter subst\u00e2ncias nocivas que podem prejudicar o ambiente e a sa\u00fade se n\u00e3o forem armazenados ou eliminados corretamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao mesmo tempo, cont\u00eam mat\u00e9rias-primas valiosas, como o ferro, o pl\u00e1stico, a prata ou o vidro, que podem ser recicladas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3 Que dispositivos s\u00e3o afectados? <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ElektroG aplica-se \u00e0 maioria dos aparelhos el\u00e9ctricos e electr\u00f3nicos que s\u00e3o alimentados por eletricidade ou campos electromagn\u00e9ticos. Estes incluem, entre outros:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Computador clim\u00e1tico<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapetes e cabos de aquecimento<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Term\u00f3metro e higr\u00f3metro digitais<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Humidificadores (nebulizadores)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventilador<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lista completa das categorias em causa consta da atual diretiva jur\u00eddica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4 Rotulagem dos dispositivos afectados <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os produtos abrangidos pela ElektroG s\u00e3o marcados com o s\u00edmbolo de um <\/span><b>caixote do lixo riscado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Isto indica que o aparelho n\u00e3o deve ser eliminado juntamente com os res\u00edduos, mas sim atrav\u00e9s de centros de recolha ou de sistemas de retoma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5 Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es da ANTSTORE no \u00e2mbito da ElektroG <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ANTSTORE implementou todas as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es previstas na ElektroG para garantir uma
