Descripci\u00f3n:<\/strong>
\nThis starter set made of cork, with pre-built tunnels and chambers, is suitable for various ant species, especially those that nest in dead wood.<\/p>\n

The “ANTCUBE – Cork Nest” can be inserted into the fully transparent farm. Alternatively, however, the “Sand-clay beige” substrate can also be used to fill the farm or to close off some of the chambers of the cork nest. Additional modules can be connected via the 50 mm holes in the cover if required, e.g. the separately available foggers, fans or lights. Alternatively, suitable grid inserts and formicarium plugs to close the openings are included in the scope of delivery. If desired, the formicarium can also be operated open by simply placing the removable frame on top and applying the ant escape protection oil to the edge. The “Drinking trough 2ml – 360 degrees” is intended for honey\/sugar solution, the “Drinking trough clear 5ml – sponge” for water. The “Foil thermometer display” can be attached to the frame or the cover and displays the climate values.<\/p>\n

Es importante:<\/strong> Humedezca el sustrato antes de utilizarlo para que la mezcla se aglutine y se fije bien en el hormiguero. Adem\u00e1s, si el sustrato est\u00e1 demasiado seco y polvoriento, las v\u00edas respiratorias de las hormigas pueden bloquearse y, en el peor de los casos, los animales pueden asfixiarse.<\/p>\n

Recomendaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Recomendamos una capa de sustrato de 2 mm de altura para que los animales no puedan escarbar en la arena y, en su lugar, utilicen la granja prevista para ello.<\/p>\n

Notas sobre la producci\u00f3n<\/strong>
\nEl vidrio se corta seg\u00fan la norma DIN 1249 con una tolerancia de +\/;- 1mm. En el caso de especies de hormigas extremadamente peque\u00f1as, es imprescindible una protecci\u00f3n adicional contra el escape de hormigas.<\/p>\n

Notas sobre la granja<\/strong>
\nEl nido s\u00f3lo debe utilizarse en un formicario seco. Si el nido se mantiene permanentemente h\u00famedo, el material puede enmohecerse.<\/p>\n

Al colocar o retirar las mangueras, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:<\/strong>
\nSi resulta muy dif\u00edcil encajar el tubo en la toma de conexi\u00f3n, se debe frotar ligeramente la toma con una gota de nuestro aceite o polvo antiexplosiones. A continuaci\u00f3n, la manguera debe introducirse en la toma con movimientos de torsi\u00f3n o enroscado sin forzar la toma con movimientos hacia arriba y hacia abajo. Lo mismo se aplica al retirar las mangueras de la toma de conexi\u00f3n de la granja. No tire sin m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
