El objetivo es promover la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y garantizar el reciclaje de materias primas valiosas.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> obligaciones jur\u00eddicas de los consumidores<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prohibici\u00f3n de eliminaci\u00f3n en los residuos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Los aparatos el\u00e9ctricos viejos no pueden eliminarse con los residuos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Obligaci\u00f3n de retorno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Los consumidores tienen la obligaci\u00f3n legal de eliminar los residuos de aparatos el\u00e9ctricos y electr\u00f3nicos usados en los centros municipales de recogida (\u00d6RE - autoridades p\u00fablicas de eliminaci\u00f3n de residuos) o en los sistemas de recuperaci\u00f3n adecuados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contaminantes y reciclaje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los aparatos el\u00e9ctricos viejos pueden contener sustancias nocivas que pueden da\u00f1ar el medio ambiente y la salud si no se almacenan o eliminan adecuadamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al mismo tiempo, contienen valiosas materias primas como hierro, pl\u00e1stico, plata o vidrio, que pueden reciclarse.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3 \u00bfQu\u00e9 dispositivos est\u00e1n afectados? <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ElektroG se aplica a la mayor\u00eda de aparatos el\u00e9ctricos y electr\u00f3nicos que funcionan con electricidad o campos electromagn\u00e9ticos. Entre ellos se incluyen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ordenador clim\u00e1tico<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esteras y cables calefactores<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Term\u00f3metro e higr\u00f3metro digital<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Humidificadores (nebulizadores)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventilador<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la directiva legal vigente figura una lista completa de las categor\u00edas afectadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4 Etiquetado de los productos afectados <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los productos que entran en el \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n de la ElektroG est\u00e1n marcados con el s\u00edmbolo de un <\/span><b>cubo de basura tachado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esto indica que el aparato no debe eliminarse con los residuos restantes, sino a trav\u00e9s de centros de recogida o sistemas de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5 Obligaciones de ANTSTORE en virtud de la ElektroG <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ANTSTORE ha cumplido todas las obligaciones derivadas de la ElektroG para garantizar una eliminaci\u00f3n respetuosa con el medio ambiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Inscripci\u00f3n en la AER<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ANTSTORE est\u00e1 registrada en la fundaci\u00f3n EAR (Registro de Residuos de Aparatos El\u00e9ctricos y obligaciones de registro.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Obligaci\u00f3n de etiquetado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li
