En caso de infracciones reiteradas, podemos almacenar nombres de usuario para garantizar la coordinaci\u00f3n de nuestras medidas. Este tratamiento se basa en nuestro inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 6, apartado 1, letra f) del RGPD, en garantizar una presencia en l\u00ednea acreditada y conforme a la ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>1.4 Estad\u00edsticas de uso anonimizadas (Insights)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las plataformas de medios sociales nos proporcionan datos an\u00f3nimos, denominados <\/span><b>informaci\u00f3n de la p\u00e1gina <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o servicios de an\u00e1lisis. Entre ellos figuran:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me gusta, compartir, comentarios, alcance e interacciones,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">informaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica (por ejemplo, edad, idioma, intereses),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estad\u00edsticas de seguidores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos datos nos ayudan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evaluar el uso y el alcance de nuestros contenidos,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comprender mejor las preferencias de nuestros grupos destinatarios,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dise\u00f1ar nuestras p\u00e1ginas en las redes sociales para adaptarlas a nuestros grupos objetivo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nota importante: <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La creaci\u00f3n y el tratamiento de estas estad\u00edsticas son responsabilidad exclusiva de los operadores de las plataformas. <\/span><b>ANTSTORE <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no tiene acceso a los datos personales subyacentes de los usuarios individuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>1.5 Publicidad basada en intereses<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizamos datos an\u00f3nimos de Insights para:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para publicitar nuestros contenidos de forma selectiva,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">publicidad basada en intereses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La selecci\u00f3n de los grupos destinatarios de la publicidad se basa en algoritmos de las respectivas plataformas. <\/span><b>ANTSTORE <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no tiene acceso a los datos personales de los usuarios individuales y no los combina con otros conjuntos de datos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En casos excepcionales, puede realizarse una comparaci\u00f3n con listas de clientes cargadas por nosotros. Esto se hace exclusivamente sobre la base de su consentimiento (art\u00edculo 6, apartado 1, letra a) del RGPD).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>1.6 Periodo de conservaci\u00f3n de los datos<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00f3lo almacenamos los datos personales durante el tiempo necesario para los fines mencionados.
