The honey comes from forests and is therefore ideal for ant species native to forests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong> The feeding tube can be placed as a whole in the formicarium, alternatively add smaller amounts to a feeding bowl as needed\/according to colony size. Amount of food should be used within about 3 days, otherwise there is a risk of mold, and for the same reason, clean food bowl before refilling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usage:<\/strong><br \/>\nDesert honey = for honey-eating ant species (Meliphagidae).<br \/>\nIt is a supplementary feed (single feed)<br \/>\nIt can be offered to the animals in the delivered state. Since humidity reduces the sugar concentration and a fermentation process begins, the food should be replaced every 3 days.
