Mravenci larvy n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t pozorovali, ale m\u00edsto okam\u017eit\u00e9ho \u00fatoku v\u00e1hali. Po n\u011bkolika setk\u00e1n\u00edch se pokusili larvu zab\u00edt. Jejich snaha se v\u0161ak uk\u00e1zala jako nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 a larv\u011b se poda\u0159ilo uniknout zahrab\u00e1n\u00edm pod zem. Toto chov\u00e1n\u00ed nazna\u010duje, \u017ee <i>C. nicobarensis<\/i> nen\u00ed nijak zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 p\u0159izp\u016fsoben k aktivn\u00edmu lovu, m\u00edsto toho d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost
